Hi all,

Would anyone know of a way to add a dedicated web portal for clients to login and create tickets. I would prefer a plugin rather than building from scratch.

I am using WordPress for my site.

Thanks in advance

Unless these are something like managed service clients, I wouldnt build it that way. People dont want to deal with tickets like you are sysadmin at a company with 100+ employees. People want YOU.

I would just have a contact form go to the ticketing systems email address. People dont need to create an account, they dont need to remember its login and they dont need to remember how to send a ticket. Just shoot an email via your form or their email client.

I opted to use an online scheduler system for booking appointments with me, but if this was to go away, I would consider an online ticket system, mostly because my clients are email driven and I get way more appointments with my scheduler than the phone. But when I get on the phone, it's usually a booked appt. People do like talking to folks but for clients you already service, the online ticket system should work well.

Hi, what are you using for the online scheduler?
