Does this look like the issue is caused by a damaged video cable?

It's LED (no inverter board). Pressing on the back does nothing. Sometimes moving the screen doesn't result in flickering (intermittent). It only flickers when moved.

A few times the screen was fuzzy like an old tube TV with no picture displayed. All black and grey noise.

It is built super cheap (super thin plastic with lots of flex).

I think it's a bad LED driver on the LCD.. seen it quite a few times. Me thinks an LCD replacement is in order.

What is an LED driver?

Would you replace the video cable before replacing the screen (more $$)?

Appears to be your video cable from MB to display. Its either loose or just plain bad.

BTW -- Glad to see you on the forums again. You been away too long ;)

Hey man, thanks for caring :p

I would start with inspecting and possibly replacing the cable and if that doesn't work then, as another person said, consider replacing the display.
