For those that are not aware Rust is a programming language started in 2006 as a pet project of someone in the Mozilla Foundation. Eventually it was rolled into it's own foundation, The Rust Foundation. (no, this is not a free or paid pitch). As expected it resides in a git repository.
While researching some networking things I came across a reference to RustScan as a scanning tool to replace NMAP. They plug the speed at which it's able to complete scans compared to NMAP. Just wonder if anyones tried RustScan yet.
