Removing obsolete email address when accessing MS Account

When accessing the client's MS account, the system always tries to use his obsolete business email he no longer have access to.
Even after creating a new MS account, it keeps doing so.
I couldn't find a way to clear that from where it might be saved even after removing MS account entries from the saved passwords log.
And he doesn't use any other pwd mgr.
 
Maybe in Credential Manager/Windows Credentials or in this case Web Credentials.
Check for any MS Related entries in there and remove.
Use another browser to test, clear all security & browser related settings in the browser?
 
Go to Settings > Accounts > Your Info
and Settings > Accounts > Email & Accounts

From there you can remove the accounts you don't want remembered.
