Hi everybody, I just added linked page from my site to offer instant online remote fixes for rural customers (all customer has to do is click on paypal button then run the little applet to enable my access) but now I'm a little concerned about my liability issues here, should they have a hard drive crash and try to pin it on me after I ran ccleaner or something. Normally I have them sign a waiver, but thats not an option here, how do you handle remote services?

You could have them accept terms of service before beginning the process. Write it carefully so that it's clear what you can and cannot do remotely, as well as covering your liability concerns.

I agree with 14049752. You could write an agreement right on the page. By clicking on the Paypal button, they agree to whatever terms you have on the page.
