One of my clients runs a mechanic shop and is looking for a new PC for the shop floor. As with any shop, it's a very dusty environment, and not very PC-friendly. Because they're so far from my office, I'm leaning toward setting them up with a fanless micro-pc that won't need to be cleaned out as frequently. The requirements aren't very extreme... internet access and possibly an application or two, with the potential for RDP/RemoteApp in the future, and I'd prefer something that would accept a 2.5" SSD as opposed to an SD card. (VESA mounting would be a plus, but not required)
I'm seeing a ton of off-brand intel-based machines that look promising, but nothing that I feel very confident with. Do you guys have any suggestions? I'm aiming for around $300-350 for the PC/HDD/RAM.
