Quickbooks Desktop crashing when emailing invoices

I have had 3 reports of this issue from different clients using a 2023 version of Quickbooks Desktop this week. An uninstall/reboot/reinstall has fixed it for everyone. I can't find anything particular in common among the affected clients. We haven't released any of this week's patches yet and all 3 clients were managed. 2 were on 25H2 and 1 was 24H2 also. At least it's a fairly easy job to uninstall/reinstall.

Had several clients call within days....QB 2023...would "crash" when sending an invoice. These users had QBs send invoice to Outlook. Switched QB's to send to web mail and setup on SMTP2Go (which is what most of our other clients are set up on).

So some update..probably to Office apps...thus Outlook, probably broke the MAPI connection QB's had to it. They all had QB's 23 already fully updated.

I had one more client with this issue for a total of 4. All were fixed by an uninstall/reinstall of Quickbooks. Until the next time it happens - I suppose your solution is more likely to be longterm... If it happens again, that's the direction I'll take. People are just stuck in their ways with using Outlook desktop (me included).
