Client called me because all the sudden when Quick Printing an image (JPG or PNG) produces the error.
Print Pictures Error
Windows can't find this picture. Check the location and then try again.
Quick printing other things like PDF's works fine.
If you save the image to the desktop it will print fine.
I swapped the default photo viewer away from Windows 10 Photos to the old Windows Photo Viewer (from Windows7) and the issue persisted, swapped it back to Windows 10 Photos.
I setup her email on my test computer at my office and I experience the same thing when trying to Quick Print images through Outlook.
I'm leaning towards another patch Tuesday issue but I thought I would ask around. Computer is running 2004
