Pricing hosting support

G'day folks,
Got an enquiry from a kindergarten client of mine about transferring their mail hosting under my control and helping them with day-to-day requirements. The current guy they've been with for quite a few years is getting pretty hard to get in touch with apparently.
I do have a reseller account with a provider.
My current clients are all set and forget types nothing ever changes no maintenance required.
For those who do this would really appreciate some ideas about how to price such an arrangement.

I have a reseller account - UK based - and charge a fixed price per month to most business clients. Domains renewals are separate. Mail is via M365 charged separately and websites are handled by our preferred 3rd party vendor but we retain overall control over the DNS.

friends family get 50 % off with very limited support if related to the hosting platform.

I have a soft spot for Non-profits and those get free domains and hosting renewed by ourselves but we charge discounted rates for other services. Most NPO get free M365 licences and we assist in setup and on-going support either on complimentary basis if not too high maintenance clients or agree on a PAYG discounted rate.
