no, seriously, it does. If you want to do this quickly and still want it to look professional, then pay $70-$100 for a word press template.
You do not know how many people have come to my shop because my site does not look like crap. You site is a reflection of your computer skills and competence. If your site looks like it came out of the 90s, then I am going to assume you are dated in your computer skills as well. As a result, I will go somewhere else.
