Opt-In ideas

Drawing a blank here on an Opt-In reward. We use Bryce's monthly content and turn it into consistent newsletters`. We get some impressive engagement out of it. Looking to build our email list outside of our current client list.
We need some ideas on a way to lure them in. We will give away a free tutorial or tips to get them to join our mailing list. Our target is small business support, so we are ultimately trying to provide value to them and not residential clients.
What do you use for your opt-in's?

If you log into the White Label Newsletter dashboard, under "Resources" down the bottom, you'll see a "Top 10 Tips to Stay Safe Online" document.
Its an editable Word document so you can edit it however you please, print it as a PDF and then have it as an opt-in bribe for your mailing list.

"Join our list and get our top ten tips to stay safe online" or something to that effect.
