For others that perform on-site services what hardware items do you currently carry in your vehicle for repairs, scalability, and resell to customers (both residential and small business)? Looking for lists so I can build up a larger inventory to be more prepared and reduce waits for ordering parts/equipment. Be as specific to provide model numbers or succinct as you'd like. What do you keep on hand?

I still have this rough list from when we stocked up a new car. It's not fully inclusive but covers most common requests.

Amazing how many additional sales (and work) I get from being able to say "I have X in the car if you would like me to install it now?"

I tend to not carry much with me. One thing I would be wary about (maybe for no reason) is keeping HDDs in the car for long. Maybe there'd be no issues with vibration, but.... Admittedly I'm not riding around in a Caddy with a really soft ride.

Since no one is piping up, try searching previous posts. I think this has been discussed a few times.

Thanks for that, I generally try to do that before creating a new thread, but figuring out the best search phrases for this one is a challenge. If anyone recalls specific threads and can provide links, I'll take them. Nonetheless, current input is superior in our fast changing environment.
