the one thing is take down andriod section if you are not planning on servicing them soon.

also the duel booting might be to advanced for the average users.

other than those to very small things looking great

i have enjoyed watching your site grow

I will be servicing android devices. The whole android ecosystem is so general. It's a little hard to prioritize the devices and im trying to organize it in a way that its simple. Well it's in the works. Can't leave the android users out now :)

I gotta say your logo is pure gold! I love it. Website is very clean, but almost too clean. Very white, wish the background was a little darker, and foreground can stay white.

But I'm no expert, I'm trying to get my site tested out too. Just had to tell ya that I liked your logo!

Thanks! If you need a logo or graphic of any sort made I got you covered. My designer is the best.

Edit: Still tweaking, adding, formatting site. Never-ending process for me :D

I tell you what, as a consumer, I would check you out just because of your logo. I would come in and want to know your prices and see what you got. That logo is very very inviting!

Your site doesn't have much about "PC"s or "MAC"s?

All the services on the main "Laptop" plus the three package deals on the bottom of the PC and MAC pages are for both. What exactly do you mean "about" PCs and MACs? Maybe you can better explain yourself, I'm not understanding.

guess hes talking about desktops. looking at your site it feels like you don't do desktop repair except for that little desktop repair entry at the footer.

I primarily advertise mobile device repair. I feel like adding information on desktops is a waste of time and space. Especially since most people don't buy them anymore. If people want to call me about their desktops they will regardless when they search for "computer repair"

I'm Easy

If I were a person with no knowledge of the computer repair business, I would find your site as well organized. There are some areas I would be concerned about:

The amount of wordage is more than I would want to read if I needed help right away.
Because of my English background, the number of fragments for example, "Fixing your devices. One byte at a time."
may be written as a more complete thought, "We will fix your devices one byte at a time."
To a computer illiterate person, what is a byte?
If you do remote support, why limit yourself to South Carolina?

I would like to respond to posts. Let me know if my ideas are at all helpful.

"Fixing your devices. One byte a time" is fragmented intentionally. Most slogans are. However, I do see what you mean. For a computer repair company that should seen as professional I may want to tweak some of that. And for me limiting myself to South Carolina that's only a temporary thing. I don't have the resources and online presence to branch out nationally. For now, I'm keeping it local. Thanks for your advice, you got me thinking about the wording of my site and how I can tweak it a little.

You have a menu for laptops but not for desktops. I know that if you do the work on laptops you should be able to do it on desktops. However some clients not seeing a selection on your menu might think you don't work on desktops.

Well...

I would recommend you get rid of the:

Get Your Free Pc Diagnostic
[Fix My PC]

whether you intended to or not this has become your call to action button and it goes straight to a contact form. That is not going to fly, people typically dont want to deal with that specially when they havent seen pricing or anything yet.

Assuming you want to keep the Smart Phones, Laptops, Tablets I would bring it upwards to the point where you could see the repair now buttons in IE in a 1024x768 resolution. I would also either add a 4th item for Desktops.

I have made space so that repair now shows up above the fold. I do agree with you on the whole people want to see pricing first. So I'm going to add another page between that link and the contact page. With that being said, I'm still working on a space efficient way of adding a "desktop" section. Stay tuned :)

Call To Action Button now leads to another page in between briefly describing my services and commitments.

Page was shifted around. Important information fits above the fold.

Still playing around with the idea of a desktop section. We'll see how it goes :)

Looking better now. I have just one query, under laptops - Windows, you have notebook and laptop for screen replacements should the former not be netbook? I thought notebook and laptop were effectively the same? Netbooks are generally smaller(no disk drive) and the screen tend to be cheaper.
