G day all
I have a client that I have updated their system to a new laptop with win 10 Pro and Office 2016. This client was using Offline files to sync their network drive (NAS) with the laptop to use out and about. It was working well for them. They have 3 users networked to the NAS but different folders for each and no one uses anyone else' files so no issues with syncing.
So anyway, with the new system, Sync center is there, and make these files/folders available offline is there as it use to be but now when you try to open or save files from an MS product it says basically you don't have rights to access this folder. So you can open files from the network drive/folder but you can't save the file.
What alternative do I have? I've done some searching and found Goodsync @ www.goodsync.com . the review from a mag said it was the best of the bunch and doesn't need cloud storage which would be good with this site as their internet is ****.
This is MS's
