Nexicore filing chapter 11

I received a notice of chapter 11 today. The named companies are
Hartford Computer Hardware, Inc.
Hartford Computer Group, Inc.
Hartford Computer Government, Inc.
Nexicore Services, LLC

I had a very brief encounter with Nexicore about 8 years ago so no worries for me but I know some Technibbler's may have been doing their dirty work.

They had a rep call me 4 or 5 years ago asking if I was interested in taking their work in my area (think they found me through Craigslist). I had never heard of them before, so told him he could call back after I looked in to it. Didn't take but about 5 or 10 minutes of research to see they were a company I wanted no part of. When he called back, he couldn't believe I said "no" and I basically had to hang up on him.

It's sad, but RichmondTech is absolutely correct...they will be back.

They called me and I decided to see if I could get a profitable deal out of them - I did work for Synergy Technical Solutions aka Syntechs and lost money - they said yes to my $80 per call and then had to drop it. After that I told them I wasn't interested and blocked their numbers.

Chapter 11 is good for them. They will still be held to paying secured creditors, but unsecured creditors (aka techs) will get screwed. I think in the next few years a lot of these companies will go through Chapter 11 bankruptcy and screw over all of their techs.

Yes they will screw over techs, good thing they only owe me somewhere between $100-$200 which is still to much. I still have the unused parts because I had a job scheduled for the day I received the letter of chapter 11. I called the enduser and told them I couldn't come. Nexicore called me very nasty and said that it was business as usual and that I just needed to run the call. yea ok buddy ..

we need to avoid working for these type of companies, i know times can get tight, but working for these ******* is just not fair.

they pay nothing and take forever to pay
