New vehicle need help on vinyl placement

I finally bought a 2005 Ford Explorer after selling my Jeep. I have been playing around with possible placement and sizing of vinyls and honestly I feel like everything I come up with looks odd. I have attached 2 possibilities. I'm thinking maybe have the stuff from the back of my business card (attached) on the rear side windows.

I would appreciate any input on this.

Personally, I prefer the placement you show covering both doors. In the first shot it looks like it is all crammed together. All in all it looks great! Good one!

I'm on board with using both doors for it as for the back window its good I get it but I would go for just a bit less highlight 3-5 things you do to keep it from looking like you jammed it on there. You might be able to use smaller font for that but Em not sure about it.

Two doors look great, so do the windows. What about the back of the explorer? there is allot of canvas space back there, and you gotta remember clients also drive behind you and will read it more then on the side of you.

I have to agree that the stretch across both doors is more appealing to the eye. I would slim down the side window to just 4 main things and evenly space it.

I also agree with Corbin. You really need to think about using the back of the vehicle too. Lots of real estate there. I recommend putting your logo in "frog skin" in the back window and phone number and details in standard vinyl on the door portion.

Depends on how often you run the wiper. The defogger will not be an issue. Generally speaking, most vinyl manufacturers offer a 1 year warranty on product. Check with your local installer and see what kind of warranty they'll offer on printed graphics and their work. You can always nix the window and just do the back door. I just am partial to the back window thing.

You don't need to stick on the window if you don't want. But I have not seen a problem I never use my rear window wipers or defogger, could be I live in Vegas so no need.

I would love to put something on the window, but I do use both with the CNY weather.

How about putting the same signage across the 2 doors and the back, nothing on side the windows.

Why not get the vinyl reverse printed and applied to the inside of the window. That's what I did so that I don't have an issue with using the wipers.

Only problem might be if the back window is a dark tint as many are these days.

Bigger is better

Another vote for the bigger side printing. Easier to read at a glance. For the same reason I'd reduce the wordiness of the printing on the window to fewer bullet points.

Sage Sign advice

this is not the best picture in the world of my old tech vehicle, but i think you might get the idea. Also, you are in an SUV, which means you are taller than cars. Take advantage of your height! be seen better by putting your signs higher, like on your windows. I tried the frog skin, but it didn't last like the other vinyl. also, make sure you pay more for higher quality vinyl, as this is one of the best advertising investments you will ever make! this sign could last you 5 years and you'll only pay $250-$400 for it, with incalculable return on investment! if you can, make your color scheme 'POP' as much as possible. outlining things and/or putting them on a black background accomplishes that well.

If going on the back window, go UNDER where the wiper arm floats.

I don't think it'll look as good on the side windows, unless you throw a graphic up there by itself.
