Do you mean to automate it? Otherwise it's relatively easy to change the search engine in Edge manually. Settings > Privacy, Search & Services. Then scroll to the very bottom of that page and go into Address Bar & Search. You can change the Search Engine Used in Address Bar, and also set Search on New Tabs to use Address Bar.
