Hey gang, I posted this on LinkedIn for my network to read, but thought you might want to add to the conversation here on TN.

Outlook/Office 2016 and 2019 end of life in Oct? Yep, that's true. Will it still work though?

My guess is yes, but what will happen and what I am seeing now is troubles ahead. Errors, features not working that used to, apps required for CRM might not work and need to be added through Business for Apps, many things to keep your eyes on.

Last week I helped a client with switching to New Outlook and it popped up with an error about Outlook 2016 being installed. New error. These errors will be coming faster in the future btw. I uninstalled his 2016 version and only left his MS Business 365 apps installed. New Outlook set up fine after that.

I know many of you have sold and support older products of Office, I stopped with supporting them and ask clients to upgrade to 365 as it works better for most of them. Very few need to stay due to CRM requirements, but those folks might have to figure out new solutions.
