nope, msft site just throws up a random error when I put in the key. its:Can't you still download it from MS with your license key? For that matter, if it's Pro/Pro Plus it should be part of a volume license purchase so should be available through the volume license downloads.
thanks so much! I'm googled outI'll upload to OneDrive and post a link.

sure, I guess I don't know for sure if their key is valid, but its from an older couple's machine. I don't know if its a retail key, oem or volume license, unless there a way to tell from the prod id.I've got a copy of pro-plus but it came from the old Technet. Not sure if your key will work with that. If you want I can put it up but it'll take a while to get over to my ownCloud server.
LOL!I had the same type of error trying to download Publisher 2010 a couple weeks back. Went on live-chat and they provided a download.
The funny part - They wouldn't give me a link directly "because it's an internal link only for MS employees. We cannot provide this to the public"
So I let them take remote control and download it for me. Assumed they would blank my screen to obscure it... nope. Pasted the link in plain-sight for me to copy and never cleared browsing history afterwards. The best part... it was a Wayback Machine link haha.
