Need an startup killer than can run from WinPE 2.0

Heya everyone, I'm in the process of creating my WinPE 2.0 boot cd, and it's almost finished. Among other things, I have included a couple of antivirus scanners, but what I really need is a program to remove startup items/drivers/services from user accounts (a bit like autoruns or msconfig). I tried using EZPCFIX but it gave a blank error message and refused to open. Does anyone know of any software than can do this (keep in mind it'll have to run off a bootable environment)? Otherwise I'll just have to make a list of locations and use regedit to manually edit them
