Hi my cousnis wife died of covid in hospital and had her laptop set up on facial recognition and he does not know the pass code either. Is there any way for him to get into the pc at all as it has lot of legal stuff on it he now needs.

As a technician, you should have the ability to remove or reset the password for the laptop.

Failing that, you should contact a local IT professional, in order to complete the job.
