Multiple Licences for a buisness

So a client wants a quote for 3 new systems , I plan to build Core I5 systems
and was wondering how I would go about the software installations

Do I have to get 3 seperate boxed Windows 7 ,1 for each PC or is there some sort of buisness mult licence, It is a company, also does this apply for OFFICE 2007 or 2010

Are you a Microsoft certified partner, do you have any trade accounts with a wholesaler?

I would look at these 2 first. I am not a certified partner as it is only me but they have volume licensees. My wholesalers are good for advise when I phone with a problem like this and advise me on the best way to buy a product.
