Moving from "mobile" to "mortar"

I'll also note that if there are no other IT-related businesses in the location, you may be able to become the go-to IT guy for a bunch of the current tenants. If you can pick up a few hundred $$ a month in "down the hall" business that may go a long way to covering your cost of space.
 
just remember - bigger is not always better
we have had to move to a shopfront - our core customers that we service at their premise dont care at all we have a shopfront. for me, its something that has to be man'ed, rent paid, electrical, extra internet connection... stay as remote as possible :-)
