Mounting a server rack question

So ive worked on numerous racks, and never really payed attention to how it was mounted to the wall (free standing rack, not wall mount)

Do I just combine a wall mount with a 2 post rack?

What I want to do is make sure it doesnt have a chance to topple over. How would you go about doing this? (other than mounting to the floor)

Bolts through the floor, and there's a cable ladder rack that goes back to the wall....or you can have one that goes up into the ceiling.
