I'm having an issue currently installing Office 2016 and watching the Microsoft representative try to correct it as I type this. The issue was with the account.

This has happened before. This time the rep is trying to figure out poweriso I think. I so want to just say stop, you downloaded the image. I can do it from here.

She didn't even uncheck the damn junkware boxes when installing poweriso. So I know have to uninstall avast, chromium, and someother junkware.

If we could "bill" Microsoft for everything they screw up they would go bankrupt!
I tell my clients to send Microsoft an account when they complain it cost $$$ to fix their computer.

Sad part is they never fixed the actual problem. I can install it. My problem is when you log in to the users account to install it the product key won't accept. The installed it and the after office doesn't show incase a reinstall is needed later. When I asked about that they just terminated the session.

Sounds like a warez copy of Office to me. Or is this Office 365?
