Microsoft Registered Refurbisher Program HELP

It's all done on the site.

If you're receiving an error post it, but I can almost guarantee that if you're getting an error with the COA it's either not a valid COA, or something is being mistyped. You'll need to call Microsoft to handle that.

I spent over an hour waiting to talk to someone and they hung up on me. They "msn" all communication is by email only. Help I have over 100 laptops for 2 tech labs. Kids are waiting and summer is almost over.

Thank You again for all the responses

@Emmanuel Marceus, let's start at the beginning.

You log into the portal, you have your licences all ready.

Are you entering the numbers below the actual coa?

Then entering the numbers from (your new licences, which you have bought). And entered in where the licences are going to, eg full details of the school?

As this then will generate a valid coa for you.

If your still stuck, I'm in and out all weekend, but on Monday, feel free to give me a shout, and I will remote into your machine, and see what is happening.

Unless another tn member can assist you over the weekend. That's the best I can do

I take it you have registered on the ms refurb portal?

And having done so, purchased your citizenship licences and received them?
I registered for the program second week of june and past the test . But, have had to resubmit my testing again today because as of July 1st program changed. would this affect how I'm able to process the CoA's

Hey all thank you for support and suggestions. But the answer by microsoft "All new Windows 10 COAs (Citizenship and Commercial) will have a new unique security code printed on them. This is a new feature and is required for requesting product keys for Windows 10 through the portal. This new code has been implemented to help us safeguard against incorrect product key requests and ultimately make the program more secure for all refurbishers and users. So when you are submitting a request for a Windows 10 Product key in the future not only will you be required to submit the new COA ID that is printed on the COA, you will also be asked for the Security Code. If you are doing multiple requests using the up loadable template, the portal when processing the request will look for the security code against the Windows 10 COAs and if the code has not been supplied, the file will be rejected. There are more details about this new feature in the Program Guide, which you can download from the Resources area of the portal.
In case you are requesting product keys for other products (Windows 7), simply leave the field empty as it is not a requirement for other products than Windows 10.

Sorry for color
