I recently installed AVG Antivirus (paid version) on all of their networked computers. Since then, two of the users have to log into outlook twice before allowed access to outlook. This is the Outlook password, not the email password.
I turned off the email scanner and the spam scanner in AVG and nothing changed, could it be the AVG plugin or Outlook itself?
And ideas?
