I sell refurbs and I've already started mentioning that they will not be compatible with Windows 11 and Windows 10 reaches EOL in 2025. I sell new as well (mostly commercial grade or custom builds by order) so it isn't a big issue, more incentive to buy new instead of refurb.We don't sell many refurbs but for now I'll be either:
A) Sticking to Microsoft supported hardware list
B) Telling the client to expect Windows 10 until end of the hardware's life in 2025.
Some ordinary mum & dad customers have already heard of Windows 11. Maybe Microsoft's controversial minimum requirements have generated free publicity for them. Am I being too cynical to think that might have been their intention? Then when they relax them a little they'll look like the good guys...
