Microsoft Access

I've been an educator for Penn Foster College for a few years now, teaching Computer Applications. Currently the college is looking over the Microsoft Access program and they would like to talk to some experts. Does anyone here have experience and use Access currently? The college is looking to put a meeting together with some professionals to get their thoughts on the program and how we should be training people in it.
