management software

For now I recommend PC Repair Tracker or ShopManager. Shop manager is easier to use whereas PCRT is more powerful.

If there's any features or functions you'd like to see in SM, by all means let me know and I'll see if it can be included: http://my.ifetch.com.au/contact.php

what best management software for computer service/repair business?
.

As you can see above^ I don't have a shop or a need for any of this, but I do recommend Shop Manager above anything else. I always see Robert posting on the forums to help add anything you need or to help you in any way possible. I would go with that since the support seems amazing with it!

I use PC Repair tracker it is great - next month quickbooks gets the boot & I will use PCRT for everything.

hi, where can i get the info about shop manager and PCRT? i tried to use google but they are generals.

sorry for asking.

thank you.

The urls for the websites are listed in this topic?

For PC Repair Tracker you can email info@pcrepairtracker.com with any questions, they are brilliant at getting back to you quickly.

Edit: Also there is quite a bit of information in this thread. http://www.technibble.com/forums/showthread.php?t=15244

I appreciate the kind words :)

A mass mailer is in the works, inventory is on the to-do list (though probably a bit further down the track), MYOB export makes my head hurt every time I think about it, and could you explain the SMS client appointment request a bit further?

Question do any of these programs sync with QB Pro and also have the ability for Inventory?

Right now we run QB Pro for billing, and QB POS for Work Orders, Inventory, etc.
