Making sense of a dip in Unifi Wifi Experience graph

A client reached out saying that at 1pm on Sat that they had trouble over wifi with a zoom call and lag in the browser.
I looked up that time in the Unifi app and when I click on 5ghz there is a dip from the normal 98%-99% to about 66% over a couple of days around the time of the issue.

I was wondering what could cause this and can the graph be used for any further investigation?

Further clicking it looks like one of the APs may have been offline. Is there a way to confirm this with the Unifi app?

I think as soon as you login to the dashboard you can see all the problems in the bottom left hand corner (Anomolies) and if an AP/Switch disconnects it will show up in alerts. This will tell you if the AP's are disconnecting ... as far as the experience issue I'm not smart enough for that.

Wifi Experience is a bit....vague/mysterious. When troubleshooting performance issues, for all my network sites, the client list, I customize the columns and add "signal strength" This way you can look and see what each client is actually connecting at. Likely you'll see them weaker than -50dBm.

Also look to see if any other clients using that AP are connected with a weak link...like, weaker than -65dBm. Perhaps -75dBm...or worse! This is one of the reasons I dislike the "LR" APs...and dislike designing WLANs that push range, because just 1x poorly connected client will negatively impact the wifi performance of any/all clients with a good connection!

Also consider how "crowded" the wireless is for that specific AP they're using...maybe other APs with the same channel might be nearby.
