Major Email Issues

The problem:

2 Computer user accounts with the same incredimail tied to both. She can send with both computer user names but can only receive on one.. The settings are the exact same on both..

Also, the email is a yahoo.com email address.. when we log into the yahoo email address on their website there is no mail to be found whatsoever..

I'm thinking incredimail is just a boat load of trouble.

I haven't looked at incredimail, but something that comes to mind is:
Did you set it up to leave messages on the server after fetching them?

Hmm I didn't see an option like that

Well, you said yourself that the emails are not left in the account if you log in, so by logic conclusion the first client to receive the message is the only one to get it.
Check settings in the client as well as in the web interface.
