Client calls saying every morning she comes in the Mac has been turned off. If she leaves for an extended period of time during the day, the Mac will be off when she returns. This has only started happening since they moved offices a few days ago. I had her turn off all the sleep stuff in the Sys Pref > Energy Saver except the monitor is set to turn off after an hour.
There is no indication that power to the building is being lost. There is no indication that someone is shutting it off at night. There is no indication that updates are being installed and causing a restart.
I'm going to have her slide the bar to keep the monitor on indefinitely to see if it's actually the computer or just the monitor. She may be incapable of understanding the difference.
I'm confused ... anything else to check here?
