Looking for a versatile folder compare tools

I have 2 computers with one having 3 drives and the other 2 internal drives used for storing tens of thousands of files.

I need a tool I can either

A- Compare files on both computers

or

B- Get a listing of all file names in XML from each computer and compare the files somehow

Most tools I find compare folder A to folder B which is not good enough for me.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
