Trying to put together an XBOOT multiboot CD / USB Drive.

Anyone know of a simple file explorer? I know I could probably use a full fledged ubuntu live cd for exploring files and manually deleting virus's but I would like to see if anyone has any input?

I just use a lightweight linux live cd to do what you are looking to do.

Which one do you use? I dont quite understand linux so everytime I end up in linux ... I tried Damn Small Linux and I couldn't get the local drives to show up.

I've used the MRI PE on the Bestbuy Geeksquad Tools CD and it is pretty damn simple, with just a basic file explorer, network capabilities, and plug and play compatibility ... This is all I am looking for I just want to manually navigate the file tree without having to pull the drive out of the system ... and without firing up a CD that says in bright orange GEEK SQUAD at a customers house.
