LCD Supplier - No Dead Pixel Guarantee

Does anybody in the US have a supplier with a no dead pixel guarantee? I'm getting tired of receiving screens with dead pixels, as it slows down the repair process and increases my costs, as I have to pay to ship it back.

I appreciate your help.
 
I get my LCDs off of Amazon from PRIME sellers only and haven't had any problems with dead pixels like I used to have routinely on ebay.

I may have just been unlucky, but the screen I just received last week from laptopscreen had a stuck pixel.

I was having way too many faulty screens or stuck pixels with my previous supplier, so that's why I switched to laptopscreen this time, but got another stuck pixel screen.

I just hate the delays to my customer while having to wait for the supplier to receive it back, then for the new one to be shipped back out etc.
 
I get LCDs with dead or stuck pixels from laptopscreen all the time. I just never try to return them as its one or two and the customer doesn't care.

The guarantee probably means they will take it back but I doubt they actually test a screen before shipping so it might have dead pixels going out.
 
I had a run of dead pixel screens from laptopscreen.com too, but they did send out replacements and pay for return shipping. They seemed to be the only large place in the u.s. that had a no dead pixel gurantee and backed it up without issue. Lately all the screens from them have been fine.

I asked them if they check them for no dead pixels before shipping, they said no. They also said I could ask to have the screen checked before shipping, but that wasnt an every order deal, just after recieving a screen with one stuck pixel.

We use them when we can, I just think dead pixel policies are a joke. No ones gonna buy an 60 tv and accept 1 to 3 dead pixels, laptop screens should be no different.

I agree. I don't see how that can be the accepted norm, it drives me crazy if there's stuck or dead pixels. It just doesn't look professional to me.
 
I've only ordered from laptopscreen a couple times and got a bad pixel last time. Usually order from dvdsuper or lcdtech. Ordered a 15.5 for a Sony yesterday we'll see what happens.
