Latest thunderbird updates causing problems

Seems all my customers with thunderbird are all having problems with newest update some to the point where it breaks the program and they can't launch it. I don't know what mozilla is doing but it seems they pushed this update without proper testing.

There are a couple of problems with the latest version, but they are generally minor in the greater scheme of things. If you give us specifics over there, we can usually fix it for you. Most problems like you imply are caused by extensions and/or themes.

Because I volunteer and moderate over there, I won't answer here. I really can't over extend myself. ;-)
 
I was able to fix all the problems with Mozback backed up profile un-installed 3.1 installed 3.0->2 restored profile and they all work all 6 customers had no addons,extensions or themes they had no idea what they were.
The problems ranged from crashes with errors to no connection to mail server.
