Kiosk software any suggestions

I have been comissioned to provide 10 kiosks that will go to different Towns providing information on local businesses. I am going to build the kiosk stands myself and have that as well as the hardware sorted here comes my dilema on the software end of things I plan on running windows 7. I would like to build a website that is run locally on the machine as there won't be internet access to these kiosks. I need help locking down the website so the user has no access to anything but the website also eliminate the address bar e.t.c so all you see its the site and navigate within it. Also I need to figure a way for the sight to return to the homepage automatically after so many minutes of the site being idle. Your help would be truly appreciated

another vote for sitekiosk.

I support a few organizations here that have kiosks throughout the city. rarely a problem and the remote monitoring, statistics and other goodies are worth it.

thanks for your input gave them a call and it looks like site kiosk is what i am going to use
