Ketarin unzipping Tweaking.com portable problem

Hi, I am using ketarin to update my apps but I'm having a issue with the command to unzip the download after updating with tweaking.com portable. 7zip extracts everything inside the tweaking.com folder inside the zip file to a directory but for some reason it is extracting all the files to it rather than just unzipping the one root tweaking.com folder. Unzipping works fine outside of ketarin with the same download so I know its my ketarin command thats screwing things up, this is the command I'm using in the ketarin commands window:

START "" /B /MIN /WAIT "C:\Program Files\7-Zip\7zG.exe" e "{file}" -o"C:\Users\Desktop\Keratin updates\Tweaking.com" -y

This is the generic post-download command I use:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\7-Zip\7z.exe" x "{file}" -o"{file:replace:.zip:}\" -y

I just copy/paste it as-is for anything that needs to be unzipped.
