Itunes freezing

Hope someone can help.

I have a client that uses Itunes and her Ipod for her Zumba classes. Itunes freezes at Determining Audio Volume after a little while when she starts it up.

They are solutions to remove her library so that it starts again but I would prefer not to do this as she has lots of playlists to do with her various classes and she has told me she does not want to lose them.

She currently has crossfade enabled but not an expert in Itunes so if any other setting should be enabled/disabled that would help

got it fixed, deselecting sound check worked

Thanks for posting your fix. I'm going to keep your fix in my head, if that ever comes up.
