A customer has a Windows laptop, an iPad and an iPod. She uses iTunes on the laptop to manage her music and then syncs the pad and pod to that.
Unfortunately, she said that something has happened and she has 'lost' all her music from the laptop. When she opens up iTunes on the laptop there are no playlists or songs listed within it anywhere.
Now, I've never used iTunes or any iDevice at all. I can't be doing with Apple's restrictive practices and refuse to own anything that 'iHas iAn iSilly iName' so I have no idea what could be wrong or how to fix it. My question though, is, can the songs be put back on the laptop by syncing from pad/pod to laptop instead of the other way round, and if so, how?
TIA
