It's a Side-By-Side thing (Obviously) - Have you done SFC and /or used the System Update Readiness Tool? Have you tried installing the SP1 from an offline installer?

It's likely going to boil down to a permissions issue, Tweaking.com's Windows Repair can often take care of these types of problems, in my experience. So hopefully you don't have to hunt the problem down.

already did sfc found nothing , also tried System Update Readiness Tool and offline installer another tech looked at it before me and could not figure it out.

Took a closer look at logs ran snappy drivers and tried again and now it is installing sp1 seems the drivers from windows updates messed something up.
