Our RMM slowed to a crawl...
I'm furiously trying to log into a few clients 365 tenants...and cannot bring up a full Admin page on any of them..specifically need to get into Entra/ID admin page...
Down Detector just spiked a lot (can scroll down 2x more pages to see other brands with same red line behavior)

I was just coming to post a similar thread. Specifically Syncro RMM is not working for me. I believe that's your RMM too @YeOldeStonecat is that right?

syncromsp.com main page loads fine but when I try to sign in and go to my subdomain page it just spins.

Yes we use Syncro too..and figured it was another problem with them similar to few days ago. But...it's waaaaay more than just Syncro today...look at Down Detector..scroll the pages...
 
It did not directly impact me specifically at work, but about 5% to 10% of our users could not get their email from M365.

Additionally, we had a huge number of 10,000+ endpoints that were not updating their managed Microsoft Defender database definitions. Several users reported issues accessing SharePoint files and One-Drive not syncing. There were also some reported issues with InTune MDM, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.

Yeah it felt like DNS, so I would not disagree with that . Thankfully we are pointing to Cisco Umbrella DNS servers with our DNS forwarders, and those were not impacted for anything on the Internet that was not Microsoft.


Most everything still worked for most people yesterday.
