Inferior printing/shirt quality

Update on this fiasco;

The company in question has offered to refund me $26.00 on my $107.00 order for the inferior quality of the printed shirts. I've only been able to correspond through email with my "case worker", and she requested a total of 16 pics so she could determine the problems with the print.

They clearly aren't concerned about customer satisfaction, throughout the convoluted emails I can easily determine that they are trying to deter me with a lot of hoop jumping in the hopes I will go away.

I'm overjoyed with the level of service. :rolleyes: Expensive lesson to learn the hard way.

Rest assured they've received the last of my business.

Ok, who is it?

Ok, who is it?

I will post the name just so my fellow techs will not get bitten by these guys. Attractive price, easy ordering process, free shipping - too bad it didn't work out.

Mods, if this is a violation please feel free to edit the name out. ;)

So basically gonna refund you 1/4 on the total cost? That's messed up. I'd keep trying to see what else they could do. Inferior quality is not your problem but theirs.

On a positive note, I just ordered a bunch of shirts from CustomInk.com and was very impressed!
