IE Script Error

Hello everyone,

I have a customer that gets the following script error every time she tries to print from IE.

line 1405
char 1
invalid argument
code 0
res://ieframe.dll/preview.dlg

She is running IE 7, I tried resetting IE settings and reinstalling IE with no luck. I installed Firefox and it prints fine and she said she was ok using that but I would like to be able to fix this problem. If anyone has any ideas I would appreciate it. Thanks

did you try this.
Go to Start -> Run -> type regsvr32 ole32.dll
click ok and see if you can print. if not try restarting the computer and see if you can print (installing ie8 should fix the problem but might cause other problems so I wouldn't try that.

Well, I searched every where and didn't find a solution, so I'm letting this one go. I talked to the customer again and she was happy using firefox, so all is well. Thanks.

ie print problem

If this is the only trouble why not do a reinstall of ie or try repair install of windows
