Hey All,
I have been doing tons of research and bumped into saas application called Shockey Monkey. It is a free alternative to connectwise and autotask. This would be great for the ticketing system alone but has tons of features such as:
export to quickbooks
Client Portal
Support Board
Client Relationship Management
Projects
Agreements
Tasks and Schedule
Service Manager
They also have a paid version which has more feature. This would be great for any IT company looking to offer managed services. I'm still not sold on it until I give it a test drive but maybe some of you have used it already and can share your experience.
