As a Geek, I can tell you that it is getting cold to the point it hardly matters Celsius or Fahrenheit... they are getting to be about the same.

The cross over is at -40 C or F, which is the same temperature.

1.8X + 32 = X
1.8X = X -32
1.8X - X = -32
.8X = -32
X = -32/.8
X=-40

That's because it depends their internal thermostats keep changing. Sometimes 90F is cold... other times, they run hot at 40F

I had someone tell me it was cold in FL the other day when it was 40*. LOL it was -40* with windchill here is Iowa. Definitely colder than it has been in a very long time.
