Not totally true for the US. Pilots use Celsius for temperature information.

I don't know why this country is so "backwards" at times. I'm really surprised we hadn't converted to what the majority of the world uses for measurement and temperature information.

69 = 20.6 C
70 = 21.1 C
71 = 21.7 C
72 = 22.2 C
73 = 22.7 C
74 = 23.3 C
75 = 23.9 C

That's right! We have more Granularity - precise control of our temperatures!
