How to lock kids out of admin in safe mode

Ha, I have a customer whose kids won't stay off their biz computer. They figured out how to log into the admin acct in safe mode and surf, and ofcourse infect the pc again. Anybody know any ways to password protect the admin in safe mode or lock them out??? they have xp

Boot to the hidden administrator account by booting to safe mode and choose
Administrator with no password (unless they have password protected the
account to keep you out). Once in the Administrator account, set a password
on it the same way you would any other account.
Reboot to normal mode and they will not be able to change their accounts by
logging into safe mode as Administrator with a blank password.

yea, I thought it was possible in safe mode to create a password for admin, but speaking to my customer over the phone he couldn't find the option, I'll have to try and fix it for him remotely, thanks guys!
