How to Hide cables in an office

I have a client that the power and the network jacks are on one side of the room. Does anyone have any recommendations how to hide the cables along the baseboard? The office folks said that they would staple the cables to the baseboard but I think that would look bad.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Be careful because most states in the US require a low voltage contractors license to run cable in a dropped sealing and walls. Most cable has to be ran externally if you are not licensed.

Depending on the floor/baseboard type, you may be able to hide the cables under the baseboard. Of course, you would have to take the baseboards out.

90% of the time i run everything through the wall. But in older buildings i use conduit or wire molding.
